A thorny way
Leads to a sacred place,
Full of secrets
Of the mind, worn out and gone astray,
Caught in the web of thoughts,
Sick of the same routine.
Giant shapes all around
Are the signs from wasted past lives,
And from the shores unfound
For the seas that are all frozen now.
When we are torn between
Two worlds, trying hard to choose
Wisdom or staying insane,
We end up split in two
Unconsciously, and we lose
The life spirit within us.
Those shapes remind
Of the past lives lived in vain,
Of the shores that no one will ever find
For the seas that remain frozen.
The darkness covered this place with a foggy veil
And gave a deadly glare
To one more soul that feels derailed,
There's no end to this nightmare.
Pieces of me are trying
To abandon me trapped in a boat
That won't float.

Splashing navy shades
Of water and the sky
Intertwined, and eight waves, like blades
Cut the sea from its inside.
Freeze in fear and pray,
The ninth one's on the way.
Mad growls
Are tearing the sky again,
Black water is roiling,
So cold,
And never tamed,
Never tamed.
These wind-torn waves
Are touching the skyline,
These raging waves
Won't calm down.
There comes more.
There's no light and no sight of shore,
Just the deep giant seafloor.
But this all will be over now,
In no time
Tides will swallow what's around.
Looking at the sky,
Fallen where the darkness lies,
We'd like to know why
Time is frozen,
Fate has chosen to let us die.
We're left all alone,
Our hope is gone.
There is one way for us,
Down to the devil's black den.
There's no light and no sight of shore
Behind the misty veil.
There's no light and no sight of shore
Behind the misty veil.

Shadows

Under the shadows of countless worries
There are no more outlines of life,
No joys, no sincere dreams,
Not a short page of heartfelt lines.
An iron leash squeezed the throat,
Digging deeper into the crippled flesh
To make the prey suffocate slowly -
The scapeless fate came close.
A blackening stream of evil thoughts
Swiftly sneaked into the mind.
Everything faded away.
A dried-up spring of healing water
Remained in the shade of ages.

Phantom

For one last time the shaking lips will try
A sip of the heartening dew,
So they can taste everlife
A ghostly road leads to.
Those lips have spilled
Scarlet juice on torn-up notes
To liquefy old quotes.
Plain words are flowing away
With this white powder of remains.
But the almighty divine eye
Has never been blind
To what's behind the veil of night.
He's been trying to rise from the dead,
Appear as light
And bring the fallen back.
It's void beyond the skyline,
Death is waiting on each side
Where among the shadows
The phantom of the racked mind
Will stay unawake.

There came the dark deep fog,
Sea levels did rise,
The ancient ice
Began to melt away
And merge with salt.
Water devoured all the land,
Reached the cliffs' height,
Liquefied dirty sand.
An illusive shadow
Soared above the wild lonely sea,
Overfilled with debris.
All the floodgates of the sky
Were opened, and rain fell for forty days and nights,
The deluge came.
